About us
In more than 50 years of operation INGRA has realized over 800 investment projects, from big power plants to different projects such as factories, hotels, tourist complexes, hospitals, bridges and highways. We decided to apply the experience gained on the world market to the domestic market through residential development.
Through our work on the domestic market, we want to introduce higher standards in residential construction by using modern technologies and contemporary developments. Our goal is to provide maximum quality, both in terms of traditional construction technologies and additional high-standard technological solutions. Therefore, our building on Ilica Street in Zagreb was the first one to be equipped with fiber optic cable and as such prepared for the reception of modern technological solutions. Likewise, the apartments in Lapad, Dubrovnik were built with state-of-the-art technologies while also respecting the traditional architectural environment.
We are positioned not as a ‘manufacturer of square meters’, but rather as a company which imposes standards and makes a clear distinction between itself and a constructor without a tradition, a clear concept, and finally, of questionable quality.
Our quality is proven by the possession of the ISO certification for quality management and environmental management. The integrated quality and environment management system is based on the principles of the standard EN ISO 9001:2000 and the principles of the standard EN ISO 14001:2004 according to which we are constantly trying to improve the quality of our products and services and manage all the significant aspects of the environment.
